Your application passes through a clearly structured, multi-step selection process:
There are 3 ways to submit an application to audius: It is recommended to use the job board basically. The application can be filled in directly at the corresponding job description. This paperless form saves you time and money. The best part: Your application is immediately available and can be further processed quickly.
Of course, applications via e-mail or postal mail are also accepted. Please send your application in e-mail or postal mail form directly to Skill & Resource Management. You can find the contact information in the box on the right side.
You will obtain a confirmation of receipt two days after your application was received.
 By the way:
audius does not use filter functions in the application database to filter out applications based on specific criteria. The application filtering process still relies on the competent selection of employees in Skills & Resource Management.
Your application documents and data are used confidentially and exclusively for internal purposes in the ongoing application process and are never passed to a third party.

After your application documents has been received, the job requirements are verified with your knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience.

After this verification, Skills & Resource Management carries out an initial preselection.

After an initial preselection is carried out, you may be contacted for a phone or video interview. During the interview, you will learn more about the advertised position and will have the opportunity to ask questions.

In addition, you will be asked about particularly relevant criteria for the position.

In case of positive pre-selection, you will get an invitation for an on-site interview two weeks after the receipt of your application.

If you persuaded us of being the right person, audius likes to get to know you in person. To this you will receive an invitation to a job interview.
In addition to the employees from the Skill & Resource Management, the person in charge of the relevant division will now also take part in the interview. Use this opportunity to become a part of the success story of audius.

The Skill & Ressource Management will inform you about the decision until 4 weeks after receiving your application. If they decide on you and if you like to become a part of audius, the company will be happy to welcome you as a new team member.

After the employment contract has been signed, audius prepares your workplace and inform the new colleagues. You will receive all important information and documents on your first working day.
