To strengthen our support team at our headquarters in Weinstadt, Germany, we are looking for a full-time IT support staff member for our company's software products. We offer you a varied range of tasks in our rapidly developing, strongly growing group of companies.
What you can expect:
- As a member of the support team you will accept 1st level inquiries, malfunctions and problems of our customers concerning our company's software products.
- You answer technical and application-specific questions of our software solutions within the scope of 1st level support according to your specifications.
- You analyze and prioritize incoming 2nd level disruptions, obtain the relevant customer information and forward the qualified tickets to the internal 2nd level support team.
- Recording and documentation of malfunctions in the ticket system
- Support in the optimization of support processes and support of the team in the design and implementation of quality assurance measures
What you bring:
- Ideally a completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
- Experience in 1st level support, user help desk, software support etc. advantageous
