audius is a leading medium-sized IT and software company.
Founded in 1991, the company currently employs 500 people at 18 locations worldwide.

But in the end, it all comes down to one thing: our ability to listen. In our view, focusing on the concrete needs of customers is the foundation of success - the success of our customers and our own.
Our company history is an uninterrupted growth story. Founded in 1991 as a software company with four employees, audius has since developed into a leading medium-sized IT and software company. Today, we have approximately 500 employees, 18 global locations and several subsidiaries. Our customer base includes organizations from all industries and segments, from medium-sized businesses to global corporations and public institutions.
What has not changed in the past decades, however, is our company-wide team spirit. We are still an owner-managed company with lean structures and fast decision-making processes. And that's why audius is also able to deliver tailored solutions efficiently and quickly. As the saying goes: It's not the big that eat the small. It's the fast that eat the slow.

The proMX was included in Microsoft's Inner Circle in 2015, 2016 and 2019/20.

ITCG AG was awarded as "Growth Partner of the year" for the Central Europe region by the US virtualization provider Citrix.

As one of the leading medium-sized IT and software businesses in Germany, audius is still owner-managed. Accompany audius on a short journey starting from the beginnings until today. It goes without saying that this journey is not over yet. The company will continue to develop rapidly over the next few years - together with its customers and employees.
audius and IT Competence Group become "ONE audius". The operating audius companies are bundled under the umbrella of the IT Competence Group SE, which is simultaneously renamed audius SE.
This means that almost 500 employees at 17 locations worldwide now work for the group.
audius AG acquires a majority stake in IT Competence Group SE in Ludwigsburg. The long-standing major shareholder Navigator Equity Solutions SE has sold a 51% stake in IT Competence Group SE.
In July 2019, the subsidiary "audius India Private Limited" was founded in Pune, India.
Citrix awards ITCG AG as "Growth Partner of the year 2018 EMEA".
audius AG further increases its market share by taking over the business operations of Enteco GmbH. Almost 300 employees are employed.
Expansion of the audius Group to include ROTON IT-Service GmbH and ROTON Unternehmensberatung GmbH. The ROTON Group ideally complements the audius range of services with its business divisions. Thus, it contributes significantly to the expansion of the audius group.
Continuity with customers and employees are essential factors in audius' business strategy. ROTON will therefore remain as an independent company under its previous name.
Set-up of a national and international partner program in the area of Business Software. audius continues on its road to success after years of continuous growth; the company now employs a staff of more than 220.
Expansion to Hungary: Founding of "audius IT-Service Kft." in Budapest. Launch of the first release of aksa.net – software for taxes and duties for municipal administrations. New product development in the unit "Business Software": The "dashface" mobility platform is delivered to its first customers.
The newly developed "ZwStV.net" software product is delivered to the first municipalities. The internal professional development program, "UpSkill", is launched. This program offers new occupational in-house seminars every year to all employees.
Takeover of the company "Kompayment". This expands the audius Group's field of activity to include the public sector. In the course of the year, the IT Service division is realigned to better adapt to current market requirements and growth.
Founding of the current audius SE as "IT Competence Group SE". The aim is to build up an extensive IT investment portfolio.
audius moves to its current company headquarters in Weinstadt. Two weeks after the official release of .NET by Microsoft, audius software is delivered to the first customers.
The entire audius product family will be developed on .NET from now on.
Change of name from VCA Softwareentwicklungs GmbH to the current "audius GmbH". The number of employees is approx. 60. In the same year, Minister President Erwin Teufel visits the audius booth at the CeBIT opening.
Foundation of today's ITCG AG as "Human Internet CONSULT GmbH“
Franz Honner becomes managing partner at "VCA Softwareentwicklung GmbH" alongside Rainer Francisi. This expands the field of activity to include the IT services division.
Renaming of the current audius GmbH into "VCA Softwareentwicklungs GmbH" and the associated expansion of the premises. The "audius" software is now delivered to the first customers on a Windows basis.
First certification as a "Microsoft Solution Provider" - audius is still "Microsoft Solution Provider Gold" today
Implementation of the first customer projects with the "audius" software developed under MS-DOS. The name is derived from the area of application: Field service support systems
Founding of the current audius GmbH as "Komma Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH" in Schwaikheim by Rainer Francisi, Peter Schiek, Udo Schäfer and Bernd Krautter.
