I started out as an IT technician, and after only a short period of time I was directly involved with the customer as a rollout technician. Together with my supervisors, we developed my own individual training plan focusing on leadership advancement. Today, I am responsible for one of our largest customers on an operational level.

My skills range from handling customer inquiries to contractual authority for external staff as well as technical and disciplinary responsibilities for all project members. At audius, I am particularly impressed by the appreciation that is shown to us as employees. Through flat hierarchical structures, decisions and agreements can be made quickly. Thanks to these qualities, audius has a very good working atmosphere.

I have now been employed at audius for more than 13 years and currently manage various projects holistically. This involves preparing offers as well as conceptual design, technical implementation and follow-up support. In addition, I carry out IT infrastructure audits for a broad range of industries. What I like particularly is the international orientation of the position. Whether Portugal, the United States or Mexico - I serve customers all around the globe.

Starting as a novice in the industry, I had to learn the systems and customization first, continuing with data analysis, building reports, customer facing project management, client relationship building, training new users and much more.
