The posting assistant for Dynamics 365 Sales

Using the interface to DATEV software products, the posting assistant integrates invoice and payroll accounting into business processes with Dynamics 365 Sales. audius:DATEV supplements the invoicing and booking process, with data transfer depending on the components to DATEV Mittelstand, DATEV Unternehmen Online and LODAS.

audius:DATEV has a modular structure so that the components' areas of application correspond to actual requirements in companies. There are also Dynamics add-ons as well as a base module.

Customers, invoices and payments
The basic interface transfers the customer and invoice data to DATEV Mittelstand and, from there, transfers the payments to Dynamics 365 Sales.
Vendors and incoming invoices
audius:DATEV transfers the vendor master data to DATEV Mittelstand and transfers the incoming invoice postings to Dynamics 365 Sales.
Outgoing invoice documents
Transfer of outgoing invoice documents from Dynamics 365 Sales or Microsoft SharePoint to DATEV Unternehmen online – with the aid of audius:Report.
Working hours and expenses
Employee times, overtime and travel expenses including personnel data relating to operations and recorded in Dynamics 365 Sales are used for payroll accounting with LODAS.
Internal cost allocation
Allocation of revenue to multiple cost centers. Working hours assigned to invoices, cost center information and cost object information are used. The cost centers and cost objects can also be determined from the products.
Deferred income
If the performance period of a settlement extends beyond the end of the fiscal year, next year's revenues are posted to the deferred income account. At the beginning of the new fiscal year, deferred revenues are automatically reversed. Partial performance is taken into account in the relevant accounting periods.

Activity Management with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

audius:FileAttach simplifies activity management in Dynamics 365 Sales. This practical, time-saving dynamics add-on permits the seamless attachment of files and documents from Microsoft SharePoint for e-mail activities.

E-mail activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales offer various options for text composition, fill the recipient’s address by default, and support the use of templates and attachment of files from document management. Saving to a clipboard and subsequent uploading is no longer necessary. 

Select Attachments Directly in Microsoft SharePoint

With audius:FileAttach, documents are selected from Microsoft SharePoint and directly attached to the e-mail, as with Microsoft 365 Outlook, but are then sent with Dynamics 365 Sales and added to the customer history. 

You can select files as attachments that have a link to the document location: For example, the e-mail activity form in Dynamics 365 Sales for a customer opens the folder of the same name in Microsoft SharePoint. Selecting attachments to include with the e-mail is thus effortless and simple, saving time and making the process more efficient for users. 



Reduces storage space in Microsoft Dynamics 365!

Audius:StorageSaver takes the documents from existing and newly added e-mails or notes with attachments and forwards them directly to Microsoft SharePoint. It applies to incoming and outgoing e-mails.

It is a great solution because storage space in Microsoft SharePoint costs much less than CRM, bringing significant cost savings, especially for cloud customers with large databases.

Automated report creation and processing

This Dynamics add-on automates report processing at various points in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or audius industry solutions. Reports are generated and processed according to the types of data record and business processes concerned.
audius:Report provides the following range of functions: 

  • Generates reports for relevant types of data record in Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Saves the generated documents in the CRM system or in Microsoft SharePoint. 
  • Sends documents by e-mail.
  • Prints out documents to be sent by post

The Dynamics add-on can be used in many different ways within business processes and features a wide range of configuration options:

  • Documents (reports, documents, statistics, bin files, e-mails) are output in the export file formats: PDF, TIF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and MHTML. 
  • Addressees are addressed in their own language (multi-lingual documents).
  • Documents are parameterized and personalized before being sent.

audius:CertiSign is an Dynamics add-on to audius:Report that allows users to sign documents and provides document security.

With audius:CertiSign, the documents from Dynamics 365 Sales are unchangeable and secure. The reports are therefore trustworthy documents for further use, as the signature authenticates the issuer. The signing and creating of the document-secure receipt takes place automatically and within the business processes in the CRM system.

These are then visible centrally in the contact data records of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and can then be used as salutations and addresses for e-mails, templates or mail merge.

Correct addresses and auto complete for Dynamics 365

The Dynamics add-on validates addresses to make sure entries in the CRM system are complete and correct. This prevents duplicates being created in Dynamics 365 and enables addresses to be correctly located.

Auto complete also helps to ensure that addresses are recorded uniformly and without errors.

SEPA interface for invoice payment via direct debit

SEPA interface for the smooth transfer of invoice data in SEPA format from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to bank systems. ​

The payment solution can be deployed online and locally as part of audius solutions and as a standalone application for Dynamics 365.
