audius:DATEV transfers vendor master data from Dynamics 365 to DATEV Mittelstand and imports booked incoming invoices from DATEV back into Dynamics 365, assigning them to the corresponding vendor records.

Outgoing invoice documents are transmitted directly from Dynamics 365 or Microsoft SharePoint to DATEV Unternehmen online. Document creation can be performed manually via a transfer directory or automated via audius:Report, including dispatch, archiving, and optional printing.

Working times, overtime, and travel expenses recorded for each work process, along with personnel data, are transferred from Dynamics 365 to DATEV LODAS. Payroll is processed securely and in compliance with legal standards via the DATEV data center.

Revenue from Dynamics 365 invoices is allocated proportionally to cost centers—based on assigned working hours, products, or cost units. Internal cost allocation becomes visible in DATEV Mittelstand, providing precise insights into the contribution of individual departments.

For services spanning multiple periods, revenue is posted proportionally to a deferred revenue account in DATEV Mittelstand. At the fiscal year-end, the deferred revenue is automatically released to income. Partial services are correctly allocated to the respective accounting periods.
