Professional development and opportunities for advancement have always been an important aspect of my life. At audius, I have a job that both challenges and encourages me.

Three years ago, I came to Germany from Ukraine. I had already worked there as an accountant for over 20 years. So I wanted to continue practicing my profession in this new phase of my life. First, I successfully completed several German language courses. While searching for an employer, I came across audius. From the very first interview, I felt very comfortable thanks to the friendly and warm atmosphere. Today, I work as an accounting specialist.

After completing my training as a banker, I worked in financial accounting. A few years later, after an exciting time in my professional life, I decided to start a family. While searching for an employer that offered flexible working models for working moms and gave me the opportunity to work part-time, I came across audius.

After finishing school, I decided to start an apprenticeship at audius as an IT specialist. Over the past years, I have continuously enhanced my skills and worked in various positions.

As a young Slovenian woman in the IT industry, moving to Germany with a language that was not that well known to me, I was very blessed to have found audius Freilassing branch (known back then as Unidienst) where I started building my IT experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizer.

My professional career at audius began at what was then the IT Competence Group. There, I provided support in the network division (network and infrastructure expansions). In the area of network consulting in particular, I had a lot of contact with customers and was able to further develop my skills. Until the end of 2023, I worked as a network consultant on a project for a large corporation, which opened up many new perspectives for me. This gradually led to a desire for further professional development. At another subsidiary of the audius Group, ILK Internet GmbH, I found a new position in network engineering that perfectly matches my skills and interests.

Over the past few months as a student trainee at audius, I have gained many interesting insights into how an SME works. I have amassed a lot of practical experience through my involvement in different social media campaigns, events, and internal communications projects.
