audius AG has informed Navigator Equity Solutions SE and IT Competence Group SE that Navigator Equity Solutions SE and IT Competence Group SE will exercise the call option agreed upon in the share purchase agreement dated March 15, 2019, regarding the approx. 22% shareholding in IT Competence Group SE. It is intended to implement the transaction within the next two weeks. This means that audius AG now holds around 80% of the shares in IT Competence Group SE.
