audius AG today informed the Board of IT Competence Group SE, an IT and telecommunications service provider listed in the m:access segment on the Munich Stock Exchange, that it will exercise the call option agreed upon in the share purchase agreement in March 2019 regarding the 22% shareholding in IT Competence Group.
 
It intends to implement the transaction in the next two weeks.
