Wolfgang Wagner ist seit 2016 im Vorstand der audius Gruppe und verantwortet dort die Bereiche M&A, Investor Relations und HR sowie diverse Querschnittsfunktionen. Zahlen und Finanzen nahmen fortwährend sehr viel Raum in seiner Karriere als Diplom Betriebswirt, Bankkaufmann und Bilanzbuchhalter ein. Dieses Wissen hat er in den vergangenen 20 Jahren in verschiedensten Funktionen in Unternehmen und auch in selbständiger Beratung stetig vertieft.

IT Competence Group SE, which is listed in the m:access midmarket segment, has announced that the relocation of its legal headquarters from the Netherlands to Germany initiated in recent months is now complete with the entry of the company in the German Commercial Register. With immediate effect, the European company has its registered office in Germany.
Consequently, the company will in future prepare its annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). With the registration of the company in Germany, Mr. Robert Käß moves to the Supervisory Board as decided at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on November 23, 2017.
Board member Wolfgang Wagner sums up as follows: “The completion of the transfer to Germany is a major step in achieving greater transparency for all stakeholders of IT Competence Group SE. As a German company, we can now raise our profile on the capital market with a clearly focused equity story.”
