The application process
To save time and effort, at audius we use the possibilities of modern recruiting.

This allows us to answer questions quickly and in detail via phone / video interview, without the need to travel long distances, for example. Our application process is clearly structured:

Step 1: Application

You can submit your application to audius in various ways. The easiest is to use the Job Board. You can fill out your application right under the corresponding job description. This saves both time and expenses. We will receive your application immediately and can process it quickly.

If you prefer to apply by mail or e-mail, please send your documents directly to our skills and resource management. Each application received will be processed individually and as soon as possible. Your application documents and personal data will only be processed internally and confidentially for the ongoing application process and will not be forwarded to third parties under any circumstances.

 
By the way:
 
audius does not use filter functions in the application database to filter out applications based on specific criteria. The application filtering process still relies on the competent selection of employees in Skills & Resource Management. Your application documents and data are used confidentially and exclusively for internal purposes in the ongoing application process and are never passed to a third party.

Step 2: Preselecation

Two days after receiving your application you will be sent a confirmation of receipt. Our skills and resource management team will compare the job requirements with your knowledge, qualifications and experience and then determine the initial preselection.

Step 3: Phone / Video interview

The initial preselection is followed by a phone / video interview. Here, details about the advertised vacancy will be shared and relevant questions can be asked. In case of a successful preselection, you will receive an invitation for an interview on site.

Step 4: Job interview

In a personal interview with an employee from our skills and resource management team as well as with a representative from the respective department, all participants will be able to get an impression of each other.

Step 5: Selection & start

Our application processes are designed to ensure that no more than four weeks elapse between the receipt of your application and a possible job offer. If your selection process has been successful so far, you will receive a job offer from audius.

Your workplace will be set up and your colleagues will be prepared for your entry. You can of course always clarify all details and questions with your contact persons. After signing the employment contract, we will be looking forward to welcoming you as a new team member.
