An IT company like audius can only be as good as the quality of its employees. For this reason - and above all with a view to further expected growth - audius is setting the course for the future in good time and entering into dialogue with pupils in grades 8 and 9 who are in their first career-orientation phase.

At the vocational school in Backnang, 15 kilometers northwest of Weinstadt, audius presented itself at a career information day on June 2, 2022. A total of 21 companies from the specialist areas of paint and food, metal, electronics and mechatronics automotive as well as specialist IT took part in the event to give the 400 pupils present an insight into the various sectors.

A crowd quickly formed at the audius stand, where the current IT trainees and their trainer answered all questions about training at audius. Even many young people who were not primarily interested in the IT sector asked questions and inquired about alternative training opportunities in other audius divisions. 

The information day was a complete success for everyone involved. Many students made considerable progress in their personal career orientation - and audius is looking forward to welcoming one or two of them as part of its own company in the not too distant future.
